About the charity
Her Solid Ground is a new charity with the mission to walk alongside single mothers experiencing housing insecurity and homelessness.
Our goal is to provide long-term transitional housing for single mothers in need by building micro communities of 6 to 10 small homes and providing structured supports to enable them to build their future independence and stability.
The face of homelessness has changed
Housing affordability and domestic and family violence are pushing single mothers and their children into homelessness.
